The user or visitor is any person who uses the eux.co domain and website. Using implies surfing the website, sending inquiries through the existing contact forms and interacting with website elements and content.
Euro Tim Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as: Service provider) is the only owner of the collected data on the eux.co domain and website. Service provider shall have access to and collect solely the data the potential visitor submitted voluntarily through e-mail or some other direct contact form. Service provider shall not sell or lease such data no any third party.
The collected data shall be used for the purpose of replying to the inquiries through the available communication channels. The data shall not be disclosed to third parties outside the Service provider’s company, except in cases where it is necessary for the purpose of responding to customers’ inquiries, such as the execution of orders or transfers to the Service provider’s distributors.

Personal data security
We take the user and website visitor data security protective measures. When using contact forms and logins to the website, the users’ and visitors’ data are protected both online and offline.
Communication between our website and users takes place through a secure SSL encryption. The Server provider suggests the users always to check if the website address starts with https with the padlock icon inside the address bar being closed.
Additional protection is achieved using Cloudflare system providing the website with the additional firewall protection, SSL communication protocols and DDOS protection.
All the necessary security measures have been taken in the offline sphere of your data protection, as well. All the data collected online are provided only to specific and authorised persons who need the data for the purpose of administrative and contractual relations, while the computers and server of the Service provider are kept in a safe environment and have an antivirus protection.
Newsletter subscription
When subscribing to the Newsletter, one needs to submit the basic information, such as name, surname and e-mail address, except in the case of receiving a product system design for which additional information is required due to anti-spam and the legitimate confirmation of the validity of the inquiry.
The Service provider uses Mailchimp, the third party’s service, for newsletter subscriptions. Using Mailchimp, the third party’s service, notifications and news are sent to the user and promotional activities are performed. By submitting to the Newsletter list, the user opts in to receive notifications and similar news and he can request to be removed from the list any time using the available contact forms.
Due to using the third party’s service for the purpose of conducting the Mailchimp newsletter campaign, the third party has access to the names and e-mail addresses of all the registered users. Google reCAPTCHA v3
When subscribing to the newsletter and using contact forms, reCAPTCHA protection, version nr. 3 is activated by the Service provder Google. It is used as a bot and spam attack protection, which may occur often through registration and contact forms. Embedded content from other websites
Specific notifications and website content may have embedded elements from other websites or service providers, such as video clips, images, items, etc. Such content behaves in the same way as if the user has visited its original source.
However, such content can collect data on the user and the visitor, use cookies, embed the additional user activity tracking and monitoring systems, particularly if the user or visitor have their user accounts linked to the website content, such as a Youtube video embedded into the Service provider’s websites, with the user actively using his own Youtube account opened and activated on the same Youtube website.
Personal data sharing
As mentioned before, the Service provider is the only one who has a direct access to users and visitors personal data. In the event of administrative and sales activities, he shares such data with the specific authorised employees within its company. Using the newsletter system, the Mailchimp service provider has a partial access to the data.
In the event of technical problems, the external servers can obtain a potential access to the personal data for security reasons or for the purpose of backup.
When concluding purchase contracts and agreements, the Service provider may share the specific personal data with the Distributor in order to make and complete the sales or direct the user or visitor to Distributor’s contact form, in which case the Service provider will not control or be liable for the user’s personal data anymore but the Distributor, depending on his policy will control the data for his part.
The Service provider uses Google Font service to display fonts on his websites, leading to the collection of specific user cookies.
